Still not convinced? Here are some of the headlines, join us with a cuppa for all the details:
1. Embrace the AHA Role
Let’s get thinking about the business case for AHA’s, in particular how we need to support AHP readiness for a new way of working.
We will discuss how to recruit, engage and position AHA’s as highly valued team members, get them ready for their own performance reviews, career pathways and effective line management.
This is an interesting and emerging profession, for sure.
2. Managing Responsibilities and Risk
Together we will explore the AHA scope of practice including the intersection with AHP’s. Linked to this is supervision and delegation frameworks required to ensure high quality and safe services. We will touch on this, otherwise we may still be chatting at midnight. We know that ignorance is not a defence, we will tap on liability and insurance issues that business owners must consider.
3. Services and Stakeholder Expectations
Clear, outcomes based service models is the name of the game, so let’s explore what this looks like along with managing stakeholder expectations. At the heart of all service provision must be the client and commitment to meeting their needs. This will provide us with the best possible way to wrap this Masterclass up.
