Working with Allied Health Assistants and the NDIS

Brad Dent, Director of WHR Allied Health shares his experience in using the client management system SupportAbility in his business. The system assists them in managing their business that operates under the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS). Lots of reports can be generated from it – from staff performance perspective to financials.

 

3. Easy Access Reports
Reports can easily be accessed by anyone in the team. It can be viewed and updated anytime and anywhere they need it. It can be accessed on your computer or tablet.

 

4. Ease of Use during Client Visits
Therapists are able to easily create file entry notes (called Activity in SupportAbility). They put in the time they’ve spent with a client, the description of the service, and then go back to work. It’s possible to do bulk clients in the NDIS and export it to supportability.

 

5. Cloud-based Access
One best thing about cloud-based access is that everyone can get to our files and records whenever and wherever. Everyone can access it and write their journals and notes straight away. It’s at the tip of their fingers! 

 

6. Excellent System Uptime
Any system can have downtimes, especially cloud-based ones. But in our experience with SupportAbility, we’ve only had problems twice BUT they were resolved in about 10-15 minutes!
